"You can have all the time in the world but without the energy to get things done you’re as good as a sailboat without wind." Hoo baby, truer words have never been spoken.
Thank you for recommending Sum! I just started reading it last night and am absolutely loving it.
Also love the coffee illustration! Reminds me of this account on TikTok where the artist spills ink on paper and then turns it into a drawing. So cool!
The one about how you can turn into an animal to obtain bliss, but then since you are an animal you aren't able to appreciate the bliss... that is going to stick with me for a while 😯
100% agree that to do lists need to be scheduled/ time bound. The bullet journal method could also be of interest to you: https://bulletjournal.com/
Just watched a video about the bullet journal approach to productivity. I like it!

Loved the time part of the newsletter. I've been working on that for a long time too. :)
Thanks Daniel :-) Mastering time (or energy? ;)) seems to be the pursuit of a lifetime.

It makes me so happy that you like Sum. This book is truly something special, so different from everything else I've read recently.

Right?! That was also one of my favorite stories.
